Nourishment Notes
Green is the color of a wild forest, of a garden that’s actually alive. It’s the color of the heart—the part of you that gives and also knows how to receive. Each color carries a kind of medicine, and green teaches us how to grow, how to soften, and how to stay open. Whisked herbs, warm eggs, and a handful of greens—it’s a heart-centered start to any day.
Most cities and towns have their own local hot sauce—it’s one of those regional gems. Next time you’re at the farmers market and not sure what to bring home, grab a bottle. It’s a small way to add heat, heart, and local soul to your everyday plate.
