Nourishment Notes

In Chinese medicine, when we brew an herbal tea formula, it’s DARK, the taste in INTENSE and you KNOW it’s working. Below are two dark and simple brews with herbs known to calm the nervous system:

Tulsi

This Ayurvedic “Queen of Herbs” has been used for centuries as an adaptogen - it helps support a healthy stress response. Use through long days or stressful times.

Chamomile

Classified as a “nervine”, the humble chamomile flower is used across the world to promote restful sleep and to ease anxiety. Brewed strong, it is able to deliver on this promise! It pairs perfectly with nut milk and cinnamon.
