Nourishment Notes

The sprouted Ezekiel English muffin is made from whole grains and legumes that have been naturally sprouted, which helps unlock B vitamins, iron, and vitamin C while making them easier to digest. Because there are no added sugars or preservatives, it feels like food my body can actually use—real nourishment, not just filler.

I top it with Nancy’s probiotic cream cheese, one of the few store-bought spreads I trust. It’s clean, simple, and made with live cultures that support the gut and immune system. I like knowing that something as small as a creamy spread can also be functional, alive, and healing.

Every layer of this meal is intentional. It’s not just about what’s easy—it’s about what actually supports your energy, your intuition, and your ability to feel good in your body.

Serves: 1 friend

Cook time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

Sprouted Grains Ezekiel English Muffin - 1

Nancy's Probiotic Cream Cheese - as much as you'd like

Farmers Market Cucumber - 6-8 sliced thin rounds

Farmers Market Purple Micro-Greens - I prefer finding a purple variety to support the third eye chakra and provide rare phytonutrients, but any kind are great

Local Smoked Salmon - I used a local hot honey variation from my fish market

Method

Warm your frozen English muffin in a toaster oven until it's soft enough to cut through the middle. Place it back in until it's either warmed or toasted to your liking. Now, it's time for assembly! I follow this order: cream cheese, cucumber, micro-greens, salmon.
