Understanding and Integrating Spiritual Gifts: A Personal Journey

It has taken time—and honest devotion—to understand the nature of spiritual gifts. When I first began sensing mine, they felt abstract, even overwhelming. But over time, through practice, guidance, and lived experience, I’ve come to recognize them as very real, very active parts of who I am.

These gifts are not titles. They are tools—each one revealed to me over the course of years, often during moments of personal unraveling or professional turning points. I didn’t seek them. I grew into them.

Here are the core gifts I work with today:

  • Clairsentience
I feel—deeply. I mean, I feel what you feel. I can feel into the acne on your face and describe why it’s there, what the energy is saying, and where it came from. I can feel into situations—past, present, or future—and sense what’s around them. What’s unresolved. What wants to move. It’s not just emotion—it’s energetic sensitivity.

  • Holism
I hold the rare ability to view a person’s life through the lens of cohesion—seeing where the emotional, spiritual, physical, and relational systems are misaligned. I can diagnose what’s out of rhythm and help restore clarity, balance, and wholeness. (You know who else has this gift? Martha Stewart - you can see how we aer already using it differently).

  • Medical Intuition & Energy Diagnostics
I sense root causes of physical or emotional imbalances. My body becomes the diagnostic tool—I can feel, see, and intuit what’s off, often before it fully surfaces in someone’s awareness.

  • Energy Manipulation
I intentionally transmute, clear, or activate energetic patterns in and around the body. This includes working with the biofield, the chakras, and stored trauma signatures to bring more coherence to the system.

  • Clairalience
This is the psychic ability to ‘smell’ imbalances—energetically. Sometimes I’ll sense something that smells like metal, mildew, or sweetness. These impressions often mirror internal states: inflammation, grief, healing, infection, or recovery.

  • Psychic Clarity
I receive what I call “wide view” knowing—intuitive clarity about the deeper dynamics shaping a person’s life. This clarity isn’t about predicting the future; it’s about illuminating what’s currently influencing your experience so you can move forward with sovereignty.

  • Psychometry

I can look at—or even just sense into—an inanimate object and feel the energy stored within it. Sometimes I’ll pass a house and know it’s off. I pick up on the story it carries: who’s touched it, what emotions have imprinted onto it, even grief or memory that hasn’t cleared. It’s like energetic residue, and I can read it.

These gifts have matured over the past four years. Most haven’t arrived gently—they’ve come in bulky. Like big, dumps of awareness and sensitivities every few months. And honestly, they’ve thrown me off. Over time, I’ve learned to pause, recalibrate, and integrate. They’re fully woven into my daily work now—but true embodiment takes time. I’ve moved through the deeper phases of integration, learning to use them with precision, protection, ethics, and purpose. I make sure I’m using my gifts—and not the other way around.

When I’m working with someone, I often see my gifts like medical tools laid out on a table. I pick each one up, examine it from multiple angles.

Now, I teach the kind of lifestyle that supports giftedness. Because spiritual gifts don’t just “appear.” They’re like muscles: they require relationship, attention, exercise, and integrity. You have to raise your frequency to meet them—then root that frequency into your real life.

If you’re sensing your own gifts waking up—or wanting to refine the ones you already carry—I offer a mentorship designed to help you develop your gifts with clarity, responsibility, and alignment.

There are more gifts coming—I can feel them forming—but I’m not rushing. Spiritual capacity grows the way trees do: season by season, ring by ring.

If you feel your own gifts waking up—or if you’ve had them for years but don’t know how to hold them well—I’d be honored to work with you. Whether you’re navigating energetic sensitivity, exploring your intuitive path, or seeking clarity about your role in this world, we can build the bridge together.

Let’s explore your gifts, your voice, your path—one aligned step at a time.
