Nourishment Notes
This is the one I come back to when I need something quick, salty, and grounding. It’s rich in protein, big on texture—crunchy, creamy, fresh—and easy to throw together with whatever’s in the fridge. I’ll do it on toasted rye with raw cheddar if I’m craving comfort, or pile it into crisp romaine leaves when I want something lighter.
Tuna brings that mineral-rich, deeply anchoring energy. The carrots and jalapeños give it some color and spark—think root meets fire. And the dill? Always yes. Bright, fresh, a little wild. It wakes the whole thing up.
Sustainably caught tuna carries a different energy—clean, respectful, connected to the rhythms of the ocean. It matters what we consume and how it was sourced. When we choose fish that’s caught with care, we’re participating in a cycle that honors the Earth, not just our own plate.
